Each capsule holds 200mg of the NUMA Mushroom Blend, grown and encapsulated in-house, plus the blend’s botanicals. Balance, for example, adds Lion’s Mane (40mg), Ashwagandha (30mg) and L-Theanine (30mg). A 100mg option exists for first-timers.
