Is there a recommended routine?
A common routine is either two days on, one day off or five days on, two days off. Some people prefer a more consistent rhythm, while others adjust based on their own routine and preferences. It is all intuitive and you will find what’s right for you!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location. We only ship chocolate orders Monday-Wednesday to prevent any product quality issues due to delays.
How long will one piece of chocolate or one capsule last?
For most people, one piece typically lasts around 4–6 hours.
